Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped within 3-4 business days using USPS flat rate boxes. To return the product you should mail your product to: P.O Box 1311 Sanford NC 27331

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non refundable.. If you receive a refund, please allow 7 business days for the refund to be added back to the original payment. Depending on where you live, if you are asking for an exchange,  the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may very. Shipping is automatically calculated by weight of your entire order by the USPS website.

Return & Exchange Policy on Candles

Kay's Candles & Melts accepts all returns within 5 days from the day you purchased. The item must not have been used, you must have the original store receipt or invoice enclosed. You will not be able to return items that are on sale or on clearance. Gift certificates and Gift Cards are also not returnable and have no cash value. 

Refund Policy on Clothing

When you buy from us, we want to make you completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, you can exchange or ask for refund. Before returning, please take time to read our return policy carefully. 


If we send the wrong item to you or you received a damaged item, then you can return it to us. You should report the problem in 3 days after receiving the products and return it within 7 days and the item must be in original condition when returning to us.

When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item, check the problem, then we will ship the correct items back to you without extra cost. You will be responsible for the returning shipping fee.

If we discover nothing is wrong with the items, we will promptly ship them back to you. In that case, you have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.


We offer partial or full refund on most items within 3 days of receiving your goods. The first step in the refund process is to contact our Customer Service.

Full Refunds

We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund.

  • Good Friday: Friday, April 10.

  • Memorial Day: Monday, May 25.

  • Independence Day: Friday, July 3.

  • Labor Day: Monday, September 7.

  • Veterans' Day: Wednesday, November 11.

  • Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27.

  • Christmas:  Thursday December 24 and Friday, December 25
